Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of remote manufacturing operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.

• Utilize simulation and modeling software to design and test optimized production layouts and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer or in a similar process improvement role, with a strong understanding of manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and process modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is highly desirable.
