You will be responsible for rigorously researching potential properties, conducting initial financial viability assessments, and building a pipeline of attractive investment prospects for our client's portfolio. The position requires excellent self-management skills and the ability to thrive independently, utilizing digital tools to connect with sellers and agents nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and identify potential investment properties , including distressed assets and off-market deals.
• Conduct initial financial analysis to determine property profitability and investment potential.
• Build and maintain a database of potential sellers, estate agents, and other sources of property leads.
• Communicate effectively with property owners and their representatives to gather necessary information.
• Present detailed summaries of potential investment opportunities to the acquisitions team.
• Stay informed about national property market trends and investment strategies.

Requirements
