About the Role

Our client is actively seeking motivated Remote Property Sourcers to identify potential investment opportunities across the UK. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively research and identify off-market and on-market properties suitable for investment.
• Conduct initial due diligence, including verifying property details and ownership.
• Liaise with estate agents, property owners, and other sources to gather information and negotiate potential deals.
• Assess property potential based on defined investment criteria, including yield, capital appreciation, and rental demand.
• Maintain detailed records of sourced properties and update the client database regularly.
• Communicate effectively with the client regarding deal flow and potential opportunities.
