About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and driven Remote Property Sourcer to identify and secure investment opportunities across the UK market. Operating entirely remotely from Reading , you will leverage your market knowledge and research skills to find properties that meet specific investor criteria. This role involves extensive communication with agents, vendors, and investors, requiring a sharp eye for detail and a persuasive approach. You will play a critical role in expanding our client's property investment portfolio by uncovering high-potential off-market deals and sourcing properties with strong yield potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential investment properties nationwide using online portals, agent relationships, and market data.
• Analyze property deals for investment potential, including yield calculations, rental income projections, and capital growth prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, developers, and private vendors to gain access to off-market opportunities.
• Effectively communicate property findings and recommendations to investors and the internal acquisition team.
• Negotiate purchase terms and facilitate the initial stages of property acquisition.
• Stay abreast of market trends, economic factors, and legislative changes impacting property investment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property sourcing, investment, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of the UK property market and investment principles.
• Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
