Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide array of technology contracts, including SaaS agreements, software licenses, and IP licenses.
- Provide legal guidance on intellectual property protection, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support product development teams with legal input on new technologies and digital services.
- Manage and resolve technology-related disputes and legal risks.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 5+ years of relevant experience in technology law.
- Strong understanding of IP law, software licensing, and commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of data protection and cybersecurity laws is essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adept at remote collaboration.
- Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
