About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote guidance and support to clients for the installation and configuration of network hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, performance, and configuration issues reported by clients.
• Conduct remote diagnostics and perform necessary adjustments to ensure optimal network performance.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation for installation procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex network problems.
• Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Installation Specialist or similar remote technical support role.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Experience with remote access tools and network monitoring software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
