Remote Process Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and analysis of operational bottlenecks and areas for enhancement across various departments.
• Develop and implement strategies utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
• Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Create and manage project plans for process improvement initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and measurable results.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing expertise and guidance on process optimization techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software.
