About the Role
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Remote Sanitation Supervisor to lead and manage their sanitation operations from a distance. This critical role involves ensuring all sanitation standards are met across various sites by providing remote guidance, training, and oversight to cleaning teams. You will be responsible for developing sanitation plans, monitoring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in hygiene practices, all within a fully remote framework. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce sanitation policies and procedures across all managed sites remotely.
- Conduct virtual inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Provide remote training and ongoing support to cleaning staff and supervisors.
- Analyze sanitation performance data and report on key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve sanitation-related issues identified through remote monitoring or client feedback.

Requirements
