Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for diverse projects, ensuring high standards of creativity and technical execution.
• Collaborate virtually with clients, project managers, and technical consultants to define project scope and requirements.
• Develop and present design concepts, visualizations, and technical documentation using advanced digital tools.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to remote project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive design environment.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant building regulations and UK planning standards.
• Proactively identify design challenges and propose innovative solutions to maintain project momentum and quality.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in design leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and advanced 3D modeling/rendering software.
• Experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on digital collaboration tools.
