Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and building information models (BIM).
- Ensure all designs comply with current UK building regulations and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders via digital platforms.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide solutions to design challenges.
- Manage workload and project deliverables efficiently in a remote setting.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and contract administration.
Requirements
- HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist , with a strong technical portfolio.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of BIM processes.
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and construction best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills suitable for remote work.
