Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and building information models (BIM).
• Ensure all designs comply with current UK building regulations and standards.

• Conduct technical reviews and provide solutions to design challenges.
• Manage workload and project deliverables efficiently in a remote setting.

Requirements

• HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist , with a strong technical portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of BIM processes.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and construction best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills suitable for remote work.
