Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor network infrastructure and services, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users.
• Respond to network alerts and incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
• Support the deployment and configuration of new network equipment and services in a remote capacity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex network problems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of network operations processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecoms network operations or a similar network support role.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and switching technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
• Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
