You will play a crucial role in monitoring, managing, and optimising the performance of our client's nationwide telecommunications network, ensuring seamless service delivery and rapid issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor network performance and health using sophisticated monitoring tools, identifying and diagnosing potential issues.
• Respond to and resolve network alerts and incidents in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and impact on customers.
• Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including software updates and configuration management, in a remote environment .
• Collaborate with field engineers and support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of network operations processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecoms network operations or a similar monitoring and support role.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP), and common telecom technologies.
• Proficiency with network monitoring software and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a distributed team.
