Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability using sophisticated network management tools.
• Respond promptly to network alerts, incidents, and service requests, performing initial troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or relevant support teams, providing detailed information.
• Implement approved network changes and configurations during maintenance windows.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, documentation, and operational reports.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 network support coverage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in network operations or a similar telecommunications support role.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and protocols (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow).
• Understanding of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective incident reporting and escalation.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices is a plus.
