Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex multi-step synthetic routes for target molecules.

• Troubleshoot synthetic challenges and optimize reaction conditions for yield and purity.
• Conduct literature searches to identify relevant synthetic methodologies and precedents.

• Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory notebooks and research reports.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a related field.
• Proven experience in synthetic organic chemistry, including a strong understanding of reaction mechanisms and modern synthetic methods.
• Proficiency with purification and analytical techniques (e.g., NMR , MS, HPLC, GC).
• Ability to design and execute independent research projects.
