Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dedicated sales team in Birmingham . As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in generating qualified leads and setting the stage for our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone, email, and social media to identify and engage potential clients.
Qualify inbound leads to determine their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Utilize CRM software to track all prospect interactions and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform your approach.

Requirements

Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
Enthusiasm for sales and a strong desire to learn and succeed.
Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn CRM systems.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
