Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics on complex engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace faulty automotive parts and systems according to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately.
- Advise customers on the condition of their vehicles and recommend necessary repairs.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician , with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, engine management, and diagnostic procedures.
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and equipment.
- A valid UK driving license is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to work.
