Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including complex electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and exhaust system repairs.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, fostering a collaborative learning environment and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and time taken, ensuring accuracy and completeness for billing and future reference.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician , with a significant portion in a senior or lead capacity.
• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Strong diagnostic skills with expertise in electronic systems, engine management, and transmission repairs.
• Proficiency with dealership-level diagnostic software and scan tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
