Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new chemical processes and modifications to existing ones.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of chemical and process engineers.
• Conduct complex engineering calculations, process modeling, and feasibility studies for capital projects.
• Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new process equipment and plant upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and improve plant performance.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering .
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in the chemical or related process industries, with a strong focus on design and project execution.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects from conception through to completion.
• Expertise in process simulation software, thermodynamic modeling, and P&ID development.
• Deep understanding of chemical reaction engineering, separation processes, and process control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
