Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of novel chemical processes , from conceptualization through to implementation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, process modeling, and economic evaluations for new projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company best practices.
• Oversee the scale-up of processes from pilot to commercial scale, troubleshooting and optimizing as needed.
• Provide expert technical support to manufacturing operations and assist in resolving complex process issues.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth within the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering .
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in process development and design, with a focus on innovation.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a remote setting.
• Expertise in process simulation software and advanced analytical techniques.
• Strong understanding of process safety engineering principles and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative skills for effective virtual teamwork.
