Key Responsibilities
- Lead the detailed design and engineering of complex chemical plants and processes, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Develop innovative process solutions to meet evolving market demands and enhance competitive advantage.
- Conduct advanced process simulations, risk assessments, and techno-economic evaluations for new projects.
- Oversee the commissioning and start-up of new process units, providing expert technical support.
- Mentor and guide a team of process engineers, fostering technical growth and project success.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, suppliers, and clients in a virtual environment.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering .
- Over 10 years of extensive experience in process design, project engineering, and operations within the chemical industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, ChemCAD) and advanced control strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant codes, standards (e.g., ASME, API), and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills suitable for a remote, global team.
