Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of new and existing chemical processes, from conceptualization to full-scale operation.
- Conduct in-depth process simulations, modeling, and economic evaluations for proposed projects.
- Oversee process scale-up activities, ensuring smooth transitions from pilot to commercial production.
- Troubleshoot complex operational issues and implement robust solutions to enhance process performance.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical expertise and professional growth within the team.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering .
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, design, and optimization.
- Expertise in using process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics , reaction engineering, and separation technologies.
- Proven experience in HAZOP analysis and process safety management.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
