Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate a diverse portfolio of insurance claims, including property, casualty, and liability.
• Conduct thorough policy analysis to determine coverage and liability for complex claims scenarios.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Prepare detailed reports, settlement recommendations, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Mentor junior adjusters and provide guidance on best practices in claims handling and negotiation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized claim files using company-specific software systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims adjusting , with a proven track record in handling complex cases.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy language, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
• Proficiency in claims management software and other relevant digital tools.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CIP) are highly desirable.
