Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate settlement of complex insurance claims, including property, casualty, and liability cases.
• Interpret policy wordings, determine coverage, and establish liability based on thorough investigation.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, legal representatives, and other involved parties to gather information and explain claim procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and settlement offers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior adjusters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster , with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications within the insurance sector are highly desirable.
