Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced facial treatments, including peels, micro-needling, and LED therapy.
• Conduct in-depth skin analysis and consultations to identify client needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement tailored skincare regimes and treatment plans.
• Educate clients on proper home care and product usage.
• Maintain accurate client records and track treatment progress.
• Ensure a pristine and professional treatment environment in Bristol .

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., VTCT Level 3/4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Esthetician, with a focus on advanced skincare.
• Expert knowledge of skin conditions, ingredients, and treatment technologies.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior team members is a plus.
