About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team in Glasgow, Scotland, UK . In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support to a designated business unit, advising managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters. You will play a key role in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment law, and supporting HR projects. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Support managers in performance management processes and talent development discussions.
• Ensure adherence to current Scottish and UK employment legislation and HR policies.
• Contribute to HR projects, such as policy updates, process improvements, and system implementations.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns effectively.

Requirements

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR advisory or generalist role.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law, particularly as it applies in Scotland and the UK.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and complex employee relations matters.
• Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
