Senior Industrial Engineer - Continuous Improvement

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer with a focus on Continuous Improvement to join their team in Reading . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies across the organization.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in processes and operations.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis, including value stream mapping and root cause analysis.
• Design and implement optimized manufacturing layouts and workflows.
• Mentor and coach team members on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on continuous improvement .
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and process optimization.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a hybrid work environment.
