About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing and production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality control, and management, to implement process changes.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process improvements, cost savings, and performance metrics for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing , Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain logistics, and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
