About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen . Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing and production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

- Develop and utilize statistical methods to analyze process data and identify root causes of defects or delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality control, and management, to implement process changes.
- Lead projects focused on lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process improvements, cost savings, and performance metrics for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles.
- Proven experience with lean manufacturing , Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain logistics, and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
