Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop data-backed recommendations for improvement.
• Design, implement, and validate new production processes, layouts, and workflows using lean manufacturing principles.
• Conduct time studies and motion analyses to optimize workforce efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on operational performance and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing tools and techniques (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis software.
• Experience with CAD software for process and layout design.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
