Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost improvements.
• Design, develop, and implement new production systems, workflows, and equipment layouts.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for engineering initiatives.

• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and simulation tools.
• Experience with CAD software for plant layout design.
