You will lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic operational enhancements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of large-scale operational improvement projects using advanced industrial engineering techniques.
• Develop and deploy strategies to optimize supply chain logistics, inventory management, and resource allocation.
• Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across operational departments.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed operational changes and investments.
• Mentor and guide junior industrial engineers and operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and skill development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies into existing operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial operations engineering , with a strong emphasis on leadership and project management.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, simulation software, and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception through to successful implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
