About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join their innovative AI team. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and machine translation.
- Conduct research into new NLP algorithms and techniques, evaluating their potential for application.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for training and evaluating NLP models.
- Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to integrate NLP solutions into existing platforms.
- Optimize model performance for inference speed and accuracy in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing through presentations and documentation.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with NLP libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, or NLTK.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
