Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and aromatherapy, tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify physical issues, pain points, and therapeutic goals.
• Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans to address client conditions and promote recovery and well-being.
• Maintain a pristine and calming treatment space, ensuring all equipment and linens are clean and properly managed.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on stretching, posture, and self-care practices.
• Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards in all client interactions and treatments.

Requirements

• Fully qualified and insured Massage Therapist with recognized certification (e.g., ITEC, VTCT).
• Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in a spa or clinical setting.
• Expertise in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
