As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide expert-level treatments, contribute to service development, and potentially guide junior therapists. Key Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic massage services, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and remedial massage.
- Conduct detailed client assessments to understand their needs, medical history, and specific areas of concern.
- Develop and implement personalized massage treatment plans to address client issues effectively.
- Maintain meticulous client records, documenting progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and best practices, potentially sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist .
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills, with a commitment to confidentiality.
