About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Massage Therapist to join their well-established wellness centre in Liverpool . This role is for a dedicated professional who is passionate about therapeutic touch and client well-being. You will be responsible for providing a range of massage treatments, from deep tissue to relaxation massage, tailoring each session to the individual needs of clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques tailored to client needs.
• Conduct client assessments to understand their medical history, needs, and preferences.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address specific muscle pain, tension, or wellness goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified and insured Massage Therapist (e.g., Level 3 Diploma or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a clinical or spa setting.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
