Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy massage.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, health history, and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Mentor and guide junior therapists, offering support and sharing best practices in massage therapy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring a tranquil and hygienic environment.
• Educate clients on the benefits of various massage therapies and recommend appropriate treatment courses.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification from an accredited massage therapy school.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Masseuse Therapist .
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and deep tissue techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
