Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative mechanical components and systems using advanced 3D CAD tools.
• Conduct comprehensive engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and vibration assessments, to validate designs.
• Collaborate effectively with remote cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and manufacturing, using virtual platforms.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation phases, providing remote technical expertise.
• Continuously research and implement new technologies and design methodologies to enhance product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Expert proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and FEA simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials science, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
