Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems and components from concept to production.
• Perform advanced engineering analysis, including FEA and CFD, to optimize performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and product managers, in a virtual environment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation processes, driving design improvements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and analysis .
• Expertise in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX) and advanced simulation tools.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, tailored for remote work.
