Senior Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and products.
• Perform advanced engineering calculations, including structural analysis, thermal analysis, and dynamic simulations using FEA software .
• Oversee the creation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and performance targets are met.
• Mentor and guide junior engineering staff, fostering their technical growth and development.
• Identify opportunities for design improvements, cost reductions, and innovation in mechanical engineering processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Expertise in using advanced CAD/CAE tools (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS, Siemens NX).
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and managing engineering resources.
• In-depth knowledge of materials science, manufacturing technologies, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
