About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Mining Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities at their mining site near Wolverhampton, West Midlands . This hands-on leadership role is critical for ensuring the safe, efficient, and productive execution of mining operations. You will supervise a team of miners and operators, manage equipment, and enforce all safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of mining crews, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies on the mine site.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Conduct safety briefings, inspections, and incident investigations.
