Senior Network Engineer - Telecoms

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy advanced network solutions, including routing, switching, and firewalls for telecoms infrastructure .
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal uptime and speed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize service disruption.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions, ensuring seamless integration.
• Stay abreast of emerging telecoms technologies and security threats, recommending and implementing improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer , with a strong focus on telecoms environments.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and other routing and switching protocols.
• Hands-on experience with network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent experience.
