Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong focus on operations and process improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean methodologies , Six Sigma (Black Belt certification preferred), and project management.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis, simulation software, and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills, effective for remote collaboration.
