Senior Process Engineer - Chemical Manufacturing

You will be responsible for troubleshooting process issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing chemical manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement process improvements, including modifications to equipment and control strategies.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations (e.g., ISO standards).
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to support new product introductions and process upgrades.

Requirements

• BEng or MEng in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a process engineering role within the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of chemical process principles, unit operations, and process control systems.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) is desirable.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
