Key Responsibilities
- Design, record, edit, and implement high-quality sound effects, music, and dialogue for interactive and linear media.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive audio strategy and asset library for assigned projects.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and producers to ensure audio enhances the user experience.
- Mix and master audio assets to meet technical specifications and artistic requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sound designers and external contractors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sound Designer or similar role within the creative industries, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse audio work.
- Proficiency with industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Cubase.
- Experience with audio middleware (e.g., Wwise, FMOD) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of acoustics, sound theory, and audio post-production techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
