About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Telecoms Network Operations Manager to lead their network operations center (NOC) in Nottingham . This leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's telecommunications network, ensuring its stability, performance, and security. You will manage a team of network engineers and technicians, oversee incident response, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. This is a critical role for a leader passionate about maintaining and optimizing complex network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the telecoms network , ensuring high availability and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network operations engineers and support staff.
• Manage incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of network issues.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor network performance using sophisticated tools and proactively identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.

Requirements
