Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support their operations based in Sheffield . This role will involve analyzing supply chain data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize logistics, inventory management, and overall operational efficiency. You will work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to improve performance and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and optimizing warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
- Identify and recommend improvements to supply chain processes, systems, and strategies.
- Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and potentially BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
