Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission telecommunications equipment, including fibre optic cables, routers, and antennas, at various client locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic checks on network infrastructure to prevent service disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in telecommunication systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide on-site technical support to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including site surveys, installations, and repairs.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working on-site.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar telecoms installation or maintenance role.
• Proficiency in working with fibre optic splicing, testing equipment, and related tools.
• Knowledge of telecom network architectures and common fault-finding techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential for travel to various sites.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
