About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, providing direction, support, and performance management.
• Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and incident management of the company's telecommunications network infrastructure.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
• Drive the resolution of network incidents and outages, coordinating response efforts and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Implement and manage network performance monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Conduct regular capacity planning and resource management to ensure network scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecoms network operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure, and operational support systems.
• Experience managing teams in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and ticketing systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic operational improvements in Belfast .
