About the Role

This hybrid role combines essential on-campus responsibilities with remote working flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and evaluate university applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate effectively with prospective students, parents, and educational advisors regarding admissions policies and procedures.
• Participate in recruitment events, both virtual and in-person, to promote the university's programs.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant data and prepare regular reports on admissions statistics.
• Liaise with academic departments to ensure accurate program information is disseminated to applicants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Previous experience in university admissions, student recruitment, or a related administrative role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage high volumes of applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using student information systems (SIS) and CRM software is advantageous.
