UX Researcher

About the Role

Our client is seeking an insightful and analytical UX Researcher to join their product development team in a fully remote capacity. This role is vital for understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform the design and development of exceptional digital products. You will be responsible for planning and conducting a variety of research studies, analyzing findings, and presenting actionable insights to cross-functional teams. Working with a distributed team, you'll champion a user-centered approach, ensuring that product decisions are grounded in data and user feedback. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and contextual inquiries.
• Analyze research data to identify key insights, user pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research findings into the product development process.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to communicate user needs effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher , User Researcher, or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience planning and conducting a variety of user research methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate research findings effectively.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and product development lifecycles.
• Ability to work independently and manage research projects effectively in a remote environment .
