Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of warehouse operatives, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee key warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor team performance against targets and provide coaching and support to improve productivity.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock takes.
• Identify and report any operational issues or inefficiencies to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control and dispatch procedures.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
